This Return Policy applies to purchases, subscriptions, digital credits, paid interactions, paid content access, live streaming services, and other paid services offered through SarmasDolas. This policy is part of our Terms & Conditions and should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Complaints & Content Removal procedures.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under local law. Where the law gives you rights that cannot be excluded, those rights remain fully available to you.
Because SarmasDolas services are digital and may be consumed immediately, purchases are generally final once the service, credit, feature, content, or access has been delivered or used. Refunds may be considered only in limited cases, including:
Used credits, completed private sessions, delivered paid content, completed live streaming access, account upgrades already activated, promotional purchases, and services consumed before a refund request are normally non-refundable unless required by law or caused by a verified SarmasDolas error.

A chargeback is a payment reversal initiated through a bank, card issuer, or payment provider. We respect legitimate cardholder rights, including the right to dispute unauthorized or incorrect charges. However, chargebacks must not be used to avoid payment for digital services that were knowingly purchased, delivered, and consumed.
Submitting a false claim that a legitimate transaction was unauthorized, or initiating a chargeback after receiving and using paid digital services, may be treated as payment abuse. We may preserve evidence, cooperate with payment processors, and take account-level action where permitted by law.
SarmasDolas uses fraud prevention controls to protect users, creators, payment partners, and the platform. These controls help detect unauthorized transactions, stolen payment instruments, account takeover, refund abuse, chargeback abuse, and other harmful activity.
Fraud mitigation is performed with appropriate access controls and data minimization. We do not ask users to send full payment card numbers by email. Personal data used for fraud prevention is handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
If we suspect that your account or payment method has been compromised, we may take protective steps while we investigate. These steps may include password reset prompts, temporary account restrictions, cancellation of pending transactions, suspension of payouts, or additional identity verification.
Users must keep account credentials secure and notify us immediately if they believe their account, device, email, or payment method has been accessed without authorization.
